This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?
Your name and email address are collected when you register. If you choose to register with facebook, your friends who have already registered on Anytime Games are imported. Your IP address is used to automatically determine your country by using a third-party service ipinfo.io. If you make a purchase, you will be asked to enter your credit card information and your purchase is handled by a third-party service Stripe. We also use a third party service, Google Analytics to collect aggregated statistics and usage patterns. We do anonymize your ip address while doing any tracking with Google Analytics.
When do we collect information?
We collect information when you use our site, choose to register or place an order on our site. This may be done automatically or when you provide it to us.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
- To personalize your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
- To improve our website in order to better serve you.

We use state of the art technologies and update them on a regular basis in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website or other websites. Public Chat
Please don't share any private information on the public chat even on private tables. All tables along with the chat is accessible to everyone using the table number, and is also monitored by our team on a regular basis for various reasons including but not limited to providing help and feedback to new users, filtering profanity and keeping all messages friendly and appropriate for everyone.
Children under the age of 13
Anytime Games is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on Anytime Games. If we learn that Personal Information on a child under the age of 13 is collected, we will delete that information from our systems.
